  Main Performance of GB/T4950-2002 SY/T0019-97

  The anode has low self-solubility, high current efficiency and good self-regulation performance of the current generated by the anode. The protection life is longer, up to 20-30 years, and generally no "over-protection" phenomenon occurs.

  Sacrificial anode of zinc-aluminium-cadmium alloy

  Scope of application

  Zinc alloy sacrificial anode is suitable for cathodic protection of metal corrosion in ships, ballast tanks, mechanical equipment, marine engineering and harbor facilities, drilling platforms, port terminals, condensators of seawater media, water pumps and pipelines and cables in low resistivity soil.

  Product characteristics

  Zinc-aluminium-cadmium (ZAC) sacrificial anodes are made by alloying high purity zinc with aluminium and cadmium. The product has been approved by China Classification Society (CCS). The quality standard meets the GB/T4950-2002 standard. The chemical composition of zinc anode meets the US MIL-A-18001H and A STM-B418 (Type 1) standards. The anodes used in pipelines also conform to SY/T0019-97 Code for Design of Sacrificial Anode Cathodic Protection for Buried Steel Pipelines.   Instructions

  When used in soil, the resistivity of soil should be less than 5 Qm, which can be expanded to 30 Qm in wet soil.
